Welcome to Sharpen Your Shot Firearms Training. By accessing our website, registering for classes, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
- Sharpen Your Shot provides firearms training, including group classes and one-on-one coaching.
- All participants must comply with federal, state, and local firearm laws.
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Class Requirements
- Participants must be legally allowed to handle firearms.
- A signed waiver and safety acknowledgment are required before attending any class.
- Proper attire, including eye and ear protection, must be worn during training.
3. Payments & Cancellations
- Full payment is required at the time of registration.
- Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance may be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
- No-shows or cancellations within 1 day of the class are non-refundable.
4. Safety & Conduct
- Safety is our top priority. Any unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from class without a refund.
- Instructors reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a safety risk.
- Alcohol or drug use before or during training is strictly prohibited.
5. Liability Waiver
- By participating in our classes, you acknowledge the risks associated with firearms training.
- Sharpen Your Shot and its instructors are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during training.
6. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, content, and training methods are the property of Sharpen Your Shot and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
